Ingredients

  • 14 ounces water
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons ground flax seeds
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 2 tablespoons dry milk
  • 1/3 cup unsalted sunflower seeds
  • 1/3 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/3 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/3 cup almonds, chopped
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 1/3 cups mixed dried fruit
  • 1 1/2 cups bread flour
  • 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vital wheat gluten
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons yeast

Instructions

  • Coarsely grind nuts in blender. Put all ingredients in order listed into the breadmaker. Set the breadmaker to "whole wheat" cycle.
