Prevent your screen from going dark
Mix filling ingredients together
Mix dough ingredients, roll dough very thin
Grease pan with butter (I use lg 9x13 inch glass dish)
Put thin dough on bottom and sides
Add filling
Cut thin dough and put strips criss-cross on top of filling
Brush strips with oil to brown
Bake, probably at least 1 hr--check to see if bottom dough is slightly brown
This freezes well; can make ahead.
